American Eagle floor set job?

I just got hired at my local AE as a "floor set" worker. When I asked the manager about how many hours a week, she was a tad evasive and said "it fluctuates." I just wanted to know if anyone has had any experience and could tell me their normal hours/week. I need to know if I should be looking for a different job. I don't want to (I'd love to work there), but money's money.
