Help!! What should i do?

Okay so theres this guy an hes a year older than me an he randumly started talkin to me one day sn asked me bout myself an asked for my number so i gave it to him, he texted me nonstop an we got to kno each other an one day he asked if he culd touch my boobs an i said no an he asked me everyday an id always say no but then he asked if he culd kiss me an i said sure if u can find me wen we go to skool sn he did but wen he found me he started yellin at me and said i dnt kno u an i was crushed an i say hi to him everyday but he either runs away or yells at me, he even blocked me on facebook , well one day i had a friend find out why he yelled at me an why hes mad an it turns out he was gettin bullied cuz i was younger than him an i got teased too alot cuz people say mean stuff bout him but to me hes really cute an etc well what do i do? Should i forget bout him or try and talk to him? Please help and sorry this was longg
