Can 3ds appdata that is saved on an sd card be transfered to another 3ds system?

Okay so this happened about 3 weeks ago, my mother accidebtaly dropped my 3ds into the sink. At first the a button wasnt working so i left my system on the window sill to dry. The next day I checked ky system the A button was working fine but now my B button was acting screwy. I found out that when the system is turned on the B button was acting on its own without me pressing it. I went to several different stores and when i went to radioshack they took off the back cover and showed me that there was actually no water damage to the system and that the B button was most likley stuck. However when they tried to get to the motherboard to fix the problem a srew was stripped so it would not come out so they were not ae to fix the problem. so basicallt i guess my only option would be to get a new system but the thing is i have a lot of data stored on the apps but a lot of the apps are saved on my sd card so is it possible to put the data I have on that sd card on another 3ds system or is there a wqy to possibly fix the B button
