How to apologize to mother? ?

To make a long story short my step father yelled at me because my brother went in the street while I was sleep but his sister and cousin was there to watch him but they blamed it all on me and my step father yelled at me and was being disrespectful to everyone so I told him to shut up and he choked me so I moved out and called child services but I want to go home super bad to see my friends and family but I know what I did wasn't wrong but their being stubborn and I can't take it anymore so I'm willing to apologize but I don't know how????? I know they will take me back from what my sister is telling me but I just want everything to go back to normal hellllllpppppp
