Does it annoy anyone else that people continue to call The Duchess Catherine, Kate Middleton?

it makes me cringe! its like calling Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth, Lizzie. She is royal and it is disrespectful! is anyone else annoyed by this? and everyone calls her princess and she is not.
