Girls who are 5'7'' or close to 5'7'' what size do you wear?

Wow, you're tiny! I'm a few inches taller than you and I wear L or XL in tops, a size 9 or 11 in jeans, and a 12 in dresses. I'm in my mid 20s, have a large-ish chest (hence the shirt size), and also have 3 kids.
