I wrote a poem for my girlfriend, will she like it?

I think it is a beautiful and sincere poem. Your Lu is very lucky to have such an expressive, loving boyfriend. It is a lovely gesture and you should have confidence in yourself as you present the poem to her...you have put effort into making something unique and she will feel that she is special to you I'm sure.
