Is there was way to import an after effects file from a newer version into an older one?

I don't have Internet or a 64 bit computer so I can't use the new After Effects versions, I. Needs to import a simple shot that was made with AE cs4 into cs3, it's nothing specific to cs4 just a roto matte, but I need it for my demo reel.
