Why do people hate A&F so much?

I really would like to know your opinion on it because i've been shopping there forever. I work for the Abecrombie company and hear people complaining about it all the time. Why come in the store to complain? Leave.The statement that makes me the most angry is that 'everyone' wears it. Wrong. People wear Pacsun, Hottopic, Forever 21, and AE just as much as A&F. Not everyone who wears it is a total preppy snob. I wear abercrombie because it looks great on. Everything else is too big.
